Annotated Model Grant Agreement

The Annotated Model Grant Agreement, often referred to as the AGA, provides detailed explanations and examples to help beneficiaries understand the terms and conditions of their EU grant agreement.

The AGA is a very long document and can appear daunting, however, it is broken down into various sections which makes it more accessible. You can use it to understand how the grant works as well as the eligibility of costs.
At the start of the AGA is the data sheet which summarises the key terms of the funding agreement including when payments will be made and how much will be paid. Another useful section is that covering the eligibility of costs (Article 6) which explains how costs should be calculated and allocated including personnel costs and purchase costs.
