Profile
Jo Frost provides UK National Contact Point support for the Health Cluster (including the Health Partnerships) and the Cancer Mission. This includes funding opportunities related to: health through life course; environmental and social health determinants; non-communicable and rare diseases; including poverty-related and neglected diseases: tools, technologies and digital solutions for health and care including personalised medicine; and health care systems.
Jo is a UK Programme Committee Member for Horizon Europe Health and the Cancer Mission, and a UK Delegate on the Innovative Health Initiative (IHI) States’ Representatives Group (SRG).
She has 20 years of experience supporting European Funding, and previously worked at the UK Research Office (UKRO) in Brussels, the University of Oxford and UKRI’s Medical Research Council (MRC). Jo is also the Global Innovation Lead for Health at Innovate UK, part of UK Research and Innovation (UKRI).
